Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Carcarejoy. We take pride in our car care products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

  1. 30-Day Return Window
    You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

In the original packaging.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

  1. Return Process
    To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team at service@carcarejoy.us with your order number and the reason for the return.

Pack the item securely and ship it back to us. (Please note: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the product is defective or incorrect.)

  1. Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at service@carcarejoy.us with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
  2. Inspection and Refund Processing
    Once we receive your returned item:

We will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.

We will notify you of the status of your refund after the inspection.

Processing Time: It typically takes 7 business days to process your return and issue a refund once the item reaches our warehouse.

If approved, the refund will be credited back to your original method of payment .

  1. Late or Missing Refunds
    If you haven’t received a refund yet:

First, check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  1. Order Cancellations
    Since we strive to process orders quickly (within 1-3 days), please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.
