We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. - How do I start a return?
Please contact our support team at service@carcarejoy.us with your order number and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the process. - How long does it take to process my refund?
Once we receive your returned item, it takes approximately 7 business days for us to inspect the goods and process your refund to your original payment method.

- Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at service@carcarejoy.us as soon as possible. Once the order has entered the “Processing” stage (1-3 days), we may not be able to make changes. - Are your products safe for all car types?
Yes! Our car detailing kits, towels, and tools are designed to be safe for a wide variety of vehicle finishes. However, we always recommend testing any new cleaner on a small, inconspicuous area first. - What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo of the item and the packaging, and email us immediately at service@carcarejoy.us. We will send a replacement or issue a refund right away.
