    Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to our carrier.

  1. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
    You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours of shipment. You can track your package directly through our website or the carrier’s portal.
  2. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
    Carcarejoy is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). However, we do our best to package items to minimize these potential costs.
  3. Damages
    If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. Contact us at service@carcarejoy.us immediately with photos of the damage so we can file a claim and send a replacement to you.
